What file types are supported?

The add-on supports any file type that can be uploaded to Google Drive and accessed via URL.

Is there a file size limit?

Due to Google Apps Script limitations, the maximum file size is 50 MB.

Technical Questions

Why does the add-on warn about HTML content?

This prevents accidentally uploading webpage content instead of actual files when URLs are incorrect.

Can I upload multiple files at once?

Currently, the add-on supports uploading one file at a time for better reliability and user control.

What happens if my internet connection drops during upload?

The upload will fail, and you'll need to retry. No partial files will be saved to your Drive.

Can I cancel an upload in progress?

Once the upload process starts, it cannot be cancelled. Wait for it to complete or fail.

Troubleshooting Questions

The folder list is empty or won't load. What should I do?

Click "Refresh Folders" and wait. If the issue persists, try reloading the Google Sheets page.

I get permission errors when trying to upload. How do I fix this?

Check that you've granted the necessary permissions to the add-on in your Google Account settings.
